What we collect when you use this site, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it. We've kept it short and written it like a person.

1. Who we are
Viral Media ("we", "us") is a growth agency for TikTok Shop brands. This policy covers viralmedia.digital and the forms, calendars and emails that go with it. We decide how your details are used, so for data protection law we are the "controller".

2. What we collect
What you give us. When you use the free forecast, the "Talk to us" form, a service quiz or the booking calendar, you may give us:
- your name, work email and phone number
- your website and business or brand name
- details about your business, such as category, monthly TikTok Shop sales, average order value and what you're struggling with
- anything else you write to us
What we collect automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, the site or ad that sent you, and campaign tags in the link. If you choose "Just the essentials", we don't load analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We only send marketing emails if you've asked for them or the law allows it, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who sees your details
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of services to run the business, and they only handle it on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel: stores enquiries, sends our emails and runs the booking calendar.
- Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, if you accept analytics cookies.
- Webflow: hosts this website.
If we add other tools, such as an advertising pixel, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where needed. We may also share data when the law requires it.
5. Moving data abroad
Some of these services process data outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on approved safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, or the provider's data-privacy framework certification.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with you and for a reasonable time after, then delete or anonymise them. If we start working together, we keep the records the law requires. Ask us if you'd like something deleted sooner.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your data
- limit or stop how we use it, including marketing
- give you your data in a portable format
- take back any consent you gave us
Email sohaib@viralmedia.digital and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled things, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
We use reputable providers, restrict who can see enquiry data, and send forms over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
10. Who this is for
This site is for people running or working in businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, where needed, tell you.
